The hotel has a very nice, contemporary design. The room was very comfortable, fresh, and clean, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few steps from the city centre. They also have secure parking, which needs to be booked in advance. The breakfast was excellent, a very varied buffet breakfast with a good selection of both sweet and savoury, as well as cold and hot food items. Staff is very polite and friendly and we felt welcome from arrival. The cherry on the cake for us was that the hotel is dog friendly, and our dogs even received a little welcome pack. We'd be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I did like everything. Room was very modern and cosy. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bit small however it offered plenty of space in shower cabin. Bath gel was of high quality and smelled great. Breakfasts were just amazing with great variety of super tasty food. The hotel looks new, it offers gym and sauna facilities (with dedicated change room, lockers and bathrobe). The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Katowice central train station and the main street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Tram stops are located on nearby street.

The location was great. Staff were friendly s as d helpful. A very clean hotel . As is a modern hotel it was sound proofed and therefore very quiet .We never heard any guests even though it was a popular hotel. The room was very good beds were comfortable .There were no drawers for clothing only a shelf and some hanging space . So much choice for breakfast (even beetroot juice and vitamin drinks )a first at a hotel . It had a waffle maker and a wide variety of hot and cold food . And cake!

The hotel design and architecture was fresh and brand new with local vibe. The location of the hotel is central and you are in the city centre in 3-5 minutes. The breakfast was super tasty and the variety of foods was astonishing. The hotel has a small sauna which is not heavily used, so one can be lucky and be there alone. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. In the corridor there is a water dispenser serving delicious sparkling water,

The hotel has a great location, only 2 minutes away from the tram and 7 minutes from the train station. Everything in the hotel seems brand new. The room was very spacious and sparkling clean. The bathroom has an amazing shower. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, I've never seen such a selection of food and beverages like that. Everything was so good.
